Fulga Dinu, Country Manager CPI Romania:
“Today, by signing the transaction with ALFA GROUP, we complete a key stage in the strategy to optimize CPI Romania’s portfolio. I am glad that we have successfully concluded such a complex transaction. The IRIDE project has proven its value and will remain a landmark in the local real estate market, even in the new setup in which CPI Romania keeps three buildings. We remain focused on investments aimed at increasing the value and maintaining the relevance of our projects with long-term potential, in order to consolidate our leading position in the local real estate market.”
Mihai Măcelaru, CEO ALFA GROUP:
“The acquisition of a significant part of IRIDE Park adds value to ALFA GROUP’s real estate asset portfolio in Bucharest. It is a major transaction on the local market, which also opens for our group the opportunity to develop new large-scale projects in the medium and long term. I would like to thank the entire ALFA GROUP team who were involved in this memorable transaction, as well as the legal and consulting teams who supported us along the way.”
The transaction was assisted by the law firm Biriş Goran, representing CPI Romania, and Peli Partners, representing ALFA GROUP.
